It has become a common act but women especially to share their heart and life experiences with her. Tamika has interacted with a lot of women over the years, which led her into discovering her empathetic and warm personality that gives other women the freedom to confide and seek her advice about their fitness journeys, family life, faith, and financial experiences.
Tamika is a wife of 15 years who has a passion for marriage and seeing others reach their martial goals. As a result, she spent 5 years serving in ministry orchestrated in a group setting teaching married couples how to navigate life together. As a certified marriage facilitator, she has conducted private marital counseling sessions for couples and private one-on-one sessions for women only using the SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) curriculum.
