My friend Cat Davis discusses her journey fighting for her childhood Bipolar I Disorder diagnosis, and we will both discuss the challenges we faced as we were understanding and establishing our narrative and life story. Cat will be a regular guest, and we will touch on labels, the pros and cons of labels, and the common theme of negative bias toward mental health.
