Friend of the show Nick Gagnon set out to hike the appalachian trail earlier this year! Many listeners will remember us mentioning both his start and completion in quick news during previous episodes but only patreon supporters knew that I interviewed him back in October!
It was great catching up with our Canadian friend and learning about his months long adventure where he perservered through barriers such as weather, overpacking, assault, animals, a couple thousand miles, and a whole lot of elevation.
