Episode 8 features QT2 Systems athlete Kristin Evans, coached by Stephanie Davis. Kristin's story is about taking a leap to sign up for her first Master's Swim class, without knowing how to swim. Listen to Kristin's story of how she made it through that workout, and later accomplished so many things she never thought possible, including climbing to the Mt. Everest Base Camp as well as completing her first IRONMAN. That swim opened the door to a life she never thought she would live - one in which she defines herself as an athlete.
