Michael Weinstein, chair of the Cole Schotz White Collar Criminal Defense & Government Investigations Practice, joins Kate to discuss Sean Combs federal charges.
Michael is a highly regarded and experienced criminal and civil litigator, and a former trial attorney and federal prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington DC.
Sean Combs is facing federal charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. Prosecutors allege that Combs and his associates operated as an organized criminal group called the “Combs Enterprise” to commit various crimes over many years.
