What I would tell you in the very beginning so that you can implement intuitive eating the right way, without getting lost, stuck or way off base! This episode goes hand-in-hand with the next episode, #140: How to Refocus If You Feel Lost or Stuck With Intuitive Eating. Looking back, I wish someone would have told me a few things when I was first getting into intuitive eating and healing my own relationship with food. Even as a dietitian, there were things I didn’t know and things I didn’t realize in the very beginning.

In this episode, we’ll dig into Principle 3 of intuitive eating, which is called “Make Peace With Food,” you’re going to see that having peace with food doesn’t just mean eating whatever the heck you want, whenever you want it.
