In my private Facebook community we’ve been diving into the topic of nutrition recently and there have been a lot of the same concerns around nutrition. I wanted to take the opportunity to directly address these concerns and give you insight on how to overcome them and start feeling empowered around your nutrition.

Today, we’re going to discuss five of the main areas that I see women struggle with the most in regards to their nutrition. I’ll also walk you through tangible steps on how to balance your plate, how to create a weekly meal plan, and other nutrition tips that will make eating healthy easier for you.
