Focus on your breathing in through your nose, and out through your mouth. As thoughts enter your mind, acknowledge them and then let them pass, returning your focus to your breath.
By grounding yourself with your breath, you calm your nervous system and improve focus. Incorporating this daily meditation practice can bring you a sense of peace and balance.
