We just finished the Harmonisation Through The 7 Bio-Energy Centre + Emotional Wellness - ROOT Immersion Workshop.
Wow! We have gone deep! And bring out instant transmission. Here are some of the points that we have shared and discussed.
🐉 Viktoria shared Root Chakra (must watch!!)- what we need to know, animals primal instinct to tackle fear-protection.
🐉 Siri Prem shared her yogic tools to root - in, grounding through breath and be present.
🐉Kyle shared how the emotions flow through her mind - body and his emotion feelings. He shared his codes after watching the new movie 🍿 “Inside out 2” and surprising aligned with the workshop. Of course, no coincidence. The movie “Inside out 2” is about Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust, who’ve long been running a successful operation by all accounts, aren’t sure how to feel when Anxiety shows up. (From Google)
🐉 I shared FEAR from hyper intense emotion to release and harmonise. We reframe FEAR.
🪄Fear is capacity to understand your environment of what’s have happened, what is happening and what will happen. We create shift -> evolve or transformation from here by action what’s the present moment. Focus The Now. With Root - In, the Fear will be shifted by our clarity and focus and release in tenderness and softness and restore the peace and calm. In the midst of all these we will be softer and witness the mild subtle sadness and bring into the forgiveness or compassion heart we will transmute and shift in quantum light speed. There literally No Fear. Fear can change to different emotion Eg Fear to Protection or Anger, we shared it in the zoom connect, yes we went deeper. 🤣 🍿
Last and not least, Fear is our gift! It is our Intuition and how do we perceive in our Higher Sense Perception and question for us what action we need to take to change or shift.
Paige brought her counting 1 to 8 and left with infinity of harmonisation and she interpreted Kyle’s drawing and brought us joy.
