This is a re-release of one of my most popular classes. I originally taught this lesson as a part of the Soften the System Feldenkrais® Course.

Today we take another Feldenkrais® approach to practicing the ability to settle the body. This class again utilizes the powerful effect that calming the hands can have on our whole system, including our eyes.
