One of the most important things we can do to improve mobility for decades to come, prevent injury and ensure a long and fruitful athletic career is to make RECOVERY a primary priority. If you go back and listen to previous Seasoned Athlete episodes, you’ll hear countless stories about the importance of recovery for athletes who are staying active and athletic into their seventies, eighties and beyond.

In this episode, I share three key components to recovery:

  1. The importance of sleep - it’s where the magic happens!

Just like anything else, these are small habits that you can practice that will make a massive difference in how you feel, how you move and how you live!
