After being diagnosed with depression, anxiety, and burnout, Jessica began researching ways to help her feel better. She learned that it is ok to change your mind, especially when it comes to careers. Today, Dr. Jessica practices general dentistry part-time, while she runs her own consulting firm, The SKYL Group as well. Dr. Jessica is also the author of Speak Kindly, You're Listening, and she hosts a podcast with the same name.
