I founded my first company at the age of 24. Even during my apprenticeship as an electronics technician, I started repairing electrical and electronic devices and was able to earn some money with my company while studying electrical engineering.

I was already infected with the entrepreneurial virus back then. Nevertheless, after completing my studies, I decided to gain experience in industry first. Ten years later, I definitively took the step from employee to entrepreneur. I started an IT company with a good friend. After three years, I decided to start my own company completely. I founded Antarius GmbH in Feusisberg. With this company, I implemented IT projects in large corporations. At the same time, I began coaching and accompanying other entrepreneurs on their journeys. I invested in various companies and accompanied them as an advisor, investor, and sometimes also as a member of the board of directors.

Discovery of EOS®
In the fall of 2018, I returned frustrated from a strategy weekend of one of these companies. Although we had developed good ideas over two days, we also noticed that we had not achieved any of the set goals between the last and this strategy weekend. I shared this frustration with a friend who recommended the book "Traction" by Gino Wickman to me. He had finally achieved his goals with the implementation of EOS®, the Entrepreneurial Operating System®. I read up on the topic and came to the conclusion that the system could help us. Together with the managing director, we decided to implement the system in the company. After a few quarters, the successes began. I introduced the system into two other companies and realized that it works.

As a result, I decided not to take on any more IT projects and to fully concentrate on working as an EOS Implementer®. I attended the EOS® Boot Camp and became a Professional EOS Implementer®.

One size does not fit all: PINNACLE
For over two years, I successfully implemented the system in owner-managed companies. However, over time, I realized that the system did not offer me enough freedom. Every company and every entrepreneur is different. Since the EOS® system is a closed system and tools cannot be added or removed, I often hit limits when it came to specific customer needs. I couldn't offer the best service tailored to their needs and even lost customers because of it.
