There is a psychological phenomenon called the Pygmalion Effect that is one of the most powerful tools that we all have at our disposal that few people are aware of.
The Pygmalion Effect is always happening. Unfortunately, it's often happening in an unconscious way creating tremendous damage and division in our relationships and society.
As we approach another election season here in the United States, it's imperative that we understand that our divisions and reactions toward other people and groups are largely a result of the Pygmalion Effect.
