You are constantly bombarded with requests from every person and avenue in your life - your career, your family, your household, your body, and your mind are all at war sometimes because you don't even know where to start and creating time for yourself feels impossible! You feel like you're failing in so many places because you can never get caught up. It's so overwhelming!!
