THE WAIT IS OVER! 12-WEEK COACHING GROUP STARTS SEPTEMBER 19TH! I do one group like this each year, so if you’ve been wanting to create lasting transformation instead of being temporarily motivated, this is for you.

This group is for you if:

- You are temporarily motivated and then find yourself back at square one with no real change. - You are normally an excited and energetic person and you feel like you've lost your zest for life. - You've tried other things that help temporarily (endless Googling, therapy, or online Facebook groups) but you still wake up with nagging anxiety or depression. - You want to feel like you again. - You are ready to learn tools to provide lasting transformation you can rely on, not quick fixes that don't last. - You know that it shouldn't have to be this hard but don't know how to pull yourself out of the dark. - You get minimum sleep and time with loved ones while often feeling some guilt, stress or overwhelm and wake up to repeat the cycle. - You are frequently offended by things that others say which isn't normally like you. - You don't want to compare yourself to others who have what you want but can't help it. - You feel like you're inadequate and failing, which may be new to you because you've accomplished so much in your life until now.
