Ginger Soumise is a cheesecake style neo-burlesque performer and producer of burlesque
and cabaret shows. She is currently a finalist in two of London’s hottest burlesque competitions, Infintease, and the world famous Burlesque Idol, which is the biggest competition of its kind in Europe. Ginger is a trained actress and used to be a Drama teacher before ditching the classroom for the stage.
Ginger opens up about the challenges she faced as a single parent of four children during the lockdown and how she discovered her newfound passion for burlesque.
