After experiencing long-term suicidal depression as a teenager, I now live a happy and fulfilling life and mentor many others to achieve their goals. After struggling with a chronic illness for 10+ years that doctors said was incurable, I have found ways to support my body holistically and enjoy thriving health. I went from high stress and burnout in my career to making six figures and enjoying a work-life balance doing purposeful work impacting millions of patients. After facing many difficulties with racism, white supremacy, and transphobia as I grew my healing practice, I am actively speaking out against these harmful attitudes in the holistic health community.
