Take a moment to become aware of your body and all that you feel.

With every breath you take, you become more and more relaxed.

PAUSE…

Feel the tensions releasing from your head, and your neck,

Your shoulders and arms.

As you exhale, feel the relaxation fill your body from your toes, up to your legs, torso and finally your neck and head.

PAUSE…

Begin to feel your body floating, being soothed by the soft energy surrounding you. Inhale deeply and with every exhale, you can feel the tension slowly release.

You are safe and nothing can disturb you in this state of deep relaxation.

PAUSE…

See if you can imagine a staircase in front of you.

This staircase has 10 steps, and with each step, you will feel more and more relaxed.

With each number, allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation.

One - Take the first step down, and feel a wave of relaxation wash over you. You are becoming more and more relaxed with each passing moment.

Two - Take the second step down, and feel your muscles begin to relax. Your body is becoming more and more at ease.

Three - Take the third step down, and feel your breath slowing down. You are becoming more and more peaceful.

Four - Take the fourth step down, and feel a sense of warmth and comfort envelop you. You are feeling more and more relaxed.

Five - Take the fifth step down, and feel any tension in your body melting away. You are becoming more and more comfortable.

Six - Take the sixth step down, and feel your mind begin to quiet down. You are quiet and clear.

Seven - Take the seventh step down, and feel a sense of deep relaxation spread throughout your body. You are feeling more and more tranquil.

Eight - Take the eighth step down, and feel yourself drifting deeper and deeper into rest. Serenity is taking over.

Nine - Take the ninth step down, and feel yourself melting further. Calm and light.

Ten - Take the final step down, and feel yourself sink into a deep, restful sleep. You are completely relaxed and at ease.

LONG PAUSE…

As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine a beautiful garden in front of you.

This garden is filled with beautiful flowers and plants of all kinds.

It's a place of beauty and tranquility. Immerse yourself in this garden, and feel the peace and serenity that surrounds you.

PAUSE…

As you walk through the garden, you come across a small pond. The water is calm and still, and you can see the reflection of the stars above. The moon is shining bright in the sky, and you can feel its gentle light bathing you in its glow. The air is warm and pleasant, and you can hear the soothing music of crickets and frogs.

PAUSE…

As you sit by the pond, you notice a small boat. It's a simple wooden boat, and it's inviting you to take a ride. You step into the boat, and you begin to row. As you row, you feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed. The water is calm, and the stars are shining bright above you.

PAUSE…

As you row, you notice a small island in the distance. It's a beautiful island, and it's inviting you to come ashore. You row towards the island, and as you approach, you notice a small cabin. The cabin is warm and inviting, and it's calling out to you.

You step inside the cabin, and you notice a comfortable bed. It's a warm and cozy bed, and it's inviting you to lie down. You crawl into the bed, and you feel yourself sinking deeper and deeper into relaxation. Deeper and deeper into sleep.
