I believe we all deserve to wake up each morning and be excited about the upcoming day! Here’s a list of 12 ways to Crush Your Morning and Win the Day Take this, use this, crush your Monday and your week!
1. Set a regular bedtime and be disciplined in your bedtime routine
2. Wake up early, use an alarm clock, and don’t hit the snooze button
3. Make your bed
4. Get outside and breath in some fresh air
5. Pray
6. Meditate
7. Exercise at least 15 minutes
8. Read at least 5 minutes
9. Write at least 5 minutes
10. Organize your desk, work area and email (15 minutes tops)
11. Review and adjust your weekly calendar and to do list as necessary
12. Call someone who may need help
Wake up, knock out this simple list, set your attitude, and be motivated. Crush your Monday and win your week!
