Ms. Astrid is such a a treat, with her personality and smile that can light up a room. Directly from her website is a little about her and what she does to Sparkle for others.
"I wrote the book "Permission to Sparkle."
I also overcame breast CANcer stage 4, and started THRIVING while still in treatments. I was in high spirits, had almost no side-effects, and finished my chemos with lab results of a healthy person (!)
I noticed that many others don't do so well.
So what did I do differently?
