We are always exchanging energy with other people and the environment. Most of the time this is fine, but sometimes this means we are picking up energies or emotions of places, people and things that don't belong to us without even knowing it. There are simple ways to protect ourselves, to be grounded and empowered in all circumstances. Renee gives some tips on how she helps her clients be safer and more healthy by managing their own personal power and inner space.
