许博士是锐联财智（Rayliant Global Advisors）的创办人兼首席投资官，并担任华美银行的首席经济学家。锐联财智是亚洲智能贝塔（Smart Beta）和因子投资策略的创新领袖，专注于为全球机构投资者提供新兴市场，尤其是中国地区的量化投资和资产配置策略。在创办锐联之前，许博士是全球领先的智能贝塔投资策略公司Research Affiliates的联合创办人。

许博士已发表超过50篇学术文章，并共同撰写了九本关于量化投资的书籍。他的研究赢得了众多奖项，包括四次Bernstein Fabozzi/Jacobs Levy奖和三次William F. Sharpe最佳指数研究奖。他还多次荣获CFA协会颁发的Graham and Dodd Scroll奖。许博士现任《投资管理期刊》（Journal of Investment Management）的副主编，并且是多本金融期刊的编委会成员，同时也是CFA研究学会的董事会成员。

In this episode of China Chartered Chat, hosted by the CFA Beijing Society, we are extremely honoured to welcome Dr. Jason Hsu as our special guest.

Dr. Hsu is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Rayliant Global Advisors and also serves as the Chief Economist at East West Bank. Rayliant is a leader in Smart Beta and factor investing strategies in Asia, focusing on providing quantitative investment and asset allocation strategies for global institutional investors, particularly in emerging markets like China. Prior to founding Rayliant, Dr. Hsu was a Co-Founder of Research Affiliates, a globally recognized leader in innovative Smart Beta investment strategies.

Dr. Hsu has published more than 50 academic articles and co-authored nine books on quantitative investing. His research has earned numerous awards, including four Bernstein Fabozzi/Jacobs Levy Awards and three William F. Sharpe Awards for best index research. He is also a multiple recipient of the CFA Institute’s prestigious Graham and Dodd Scroll Award. Dr. Hsu serves as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Investment Management and sits on the editorial boards of multiple finance journals. He is also a board member of the CFA Institute Research Foundation.
