...and that’s awesome! It means that no matter how challenging today (or this past week, month, or year) has been, that period of challenges will end. Knowing this - and coming to terms with the fact the good times will also end (or, at the very least, ‘change’) prepares us for that eventuality, thus lessening the stress, anxiety, remorse or grief, regret, and the like when it finally does happen.
