Anxiety, depression, stress and other self-deprecating habits have become very common among growing kids and young adults while it shouldn’t be. Mental illness, has always been a taboo in the world. Especially in India. That’s the reason many people who suffer from it, don’t opt to speak up about it with their loved ones for the fear of being treated as someone crazy.
