I’ve been following Tracee’s work for a long while, and I am so appreciative of her contribution to the world of yoga nidra - a practice that has had a profound impact on me personally. However, when I reached out to Tracee for this interview, I wanted to speak with her about how she integrates her practice, her teachings and her business - as I know many business owners struggle to balance their inner life with their outer responsibilities.
