Alongside his consultancy, he runs Trailblazer, a thriving enterprise specialising in portable coal BBQs for outdoor catering, born from a garage prototype and now serving clients as diverse as military camps and ski resorts. Based in Northern Ireland, Lester prides himself on in-house production, focusing on his strengths while empowering his team to handle the rest. Lester is now looking to expand Trailblazer across Europe, aiming to create the ultimate model of innovation and practicality in outdoor catering solutions.
