My name is Tracy Brinkmann an entrepreneur, author and uplifting coach. You see, I know that life isn’t fair and participation awards do not feed your family… I invite you to learn from a fellow Dark Horse all that I have learned and am still learning about starting, restarting, kick starting and stepping up your entrepreneur business and marketing game while not ignoring that amazing tool between your ears..yep your personal development & psychology counts too! I share everything I have learned about small & big business, planning, marketing, solopreneurship, entrepreneurship, personal and team productivity, building and maintaining your mental agility, iron will, as well as your mindset, so you can run your race, buck the odds and win! This show is for driven solopreneurs & entrepreneurs just getting started, restarted & kick-started or, even my accomplished business owners (yes the brick and mortar Dark Horses too) already cashing checks who want to start stepping up, to cross that next finish line in first place. All those Dark Horses out there seeing the odds in everyone else’s favor, feeling everyone betting they will not win, place or even show! Those Dark Horses that are committed to firing it up, figuring it out, and stepping up their game, to ultimately win and gain the respect they desire, earned and deserve. I share all of my most laughable “HA-HA'' moments as well as those "a-ha moments" along my race to building a passive income business. I will talk about those tough lessons learned, sometimes multiple times until finally, beating the odds and crossing the finish line - even if it was not in first place, because we cannot and will not win them all. Know that this Dark Horse does not have all the answers so I will team with those that do, interviewing some of the most successful visionaries, celebrities, and thought leaders who practice ethical entrepreneurship, personal development, positive habits, & self-awareness as a part of their course to gain professional growth and wealth. We are talking about Entrepreneurship / Business tips and advice in the spirit of Tim Ferris, Garry Vaynerchuk, Ed Mylett, Brooks Castillo, Hollis, Nick Loper, Jordan Lee Dooley and Farnoosh Torabi along with Inspiration, motivation, personal development and self-help without the "rah rah" in the spirit of Tony Robbins, Napoleon Hill, Robert Kiyosaki, Jillian Michaels, Jack Canfield, Zig Ziglar, Rich Roll, Jordan Harbinger, Scott Smith and Jody Moore.
