In this week's episode of "The Discover Strength Podcast" I sat down with Exercise Physiologist Logan Morrison (Saint Louis Park) to discuss the truth about fat loss. More specifically, how to maximize fat loss through exercise, and what the research has to say about the best ways to do so.
We discuss a massive study from 2015 in the Journal
Obesity about the differences in fat loss over a 12 year period between traditional "cardio" exercise and resistance training. This longitudinal study included over 50,000 participants and had some extremely interesting findings.
