Welcome to the Dr. Stephanie Poe Show. Stephanie is a Doctor of Immunology, coach, mother, and friend. She helps women who are suffering create breakthrough. By uniquely combining her own healing journey, lessons learned, vulnerability and scientific training, her heart is for women, teaching them to acknowledge their body in the healing process - holding space for where they actually are, not where they tell themselves they “should” be.

Stephanie opens up about her own journey through extremely disordered eating. She describes what episodes of disconnection and dissociation felt like for her, resulting in a complete lack of presence in her life. She missed so much of her life and struggled for years to understand why these patterns were happening in the first place.

Once Stephanie uncovered the root of why her patterns of numbing and food addiction were happening in the first place, an entire world of healing opened up to her.

She also details what is likely happening in your brain and helps the listeners understand in normal language how our brain works during fight or flight and why overcoming these patterns often feels like it would take a lifetime.

With this understanding, and a willingness to learn to listen to our bodies, healing is absolutely possible.

Are you ready to heal? Stephanie’s heart is that you would not just heal, but thrive.

Stephanie is holding space for YOU.
