Mother of three children, actress #JenniferGarner recently shared how much more stressed she was homeschooling and parenting during the pandemic which caused her to rethink her coping strategies. She's not alone. The good news is that research shows that women cope with #stress and pressure better than men. However, they could still use help managing everyday tension and worry.
