It is that time of the year again when we all want to become healthier, we want to eat better, exercise more, and try to lose those extra pounds. Each year people ask me, how can I speed up my metabolism. What are the best ways to curb sugar cravings? Or what else can I do to burn fat alongside a good diet and exercise program? Jeffrey Burke National educator for Irwin Naturals, Naturopathic Practitioner, Master Herbalist, lecturer, author, and National radio talk show host. After being in the industry for now 42 years, and being a National Radio Talk Show Host on the air for 39 years, I have learned one thing more than anything else, we all want to Get Healthy, Be Healthy, and Stay Healthy.

Bryan Bradford is the Chief Nutrition Officer of Sunflower Shoppe and is one of its founding family members, originated by his grandmother more than 50 years ago. Bryan offers one-on-one, in-depth nutritional consulting and testing for many Sunflower Shoppe customers. With more than 2 decades of experience in the nutrition industry, Bryan has been interviewed on various television and radio programs and is the host of the popular podcast “The Health Approach” on which he interviews various experts around the country on trending health topics. He also leads dynamic, speaking engagements for the Sunflower Shoppe community, corporations and civic groups throughout the Dallas Fort Worth area. Bryan educates and guides his clients on various health issues, such as weight control, diabetes, autoimmune disorders, sleep issues, digestive problems, fatigue, hormone imbalance and more.
