So often we beat ourselves up about a lack of energy because we’re not getting anything done. We call ourselves things like lazy or a failure, we beat ourselves up about what we’re not doing, and in the process we beat ourselves down into the ground, creating an endless cycle of negativity, shame, blame, frustration, and guilt.

What if way back at the beginning of all this - when you diagnosed yourself with a motivation problem you actually knew you didn’t have a motivation problem at all - and that there was actually something else going on.
