In this episode, I was joined by Reggie Fils-Aimé, is an American businessman best known for being the president and chief operating officer of Nintendo of America, the North American division of the Japanese video game company Nintendo to talk about his new book, Disrupting the Game: From the Bronx to the Top of Nintendo.

We explore Reggie's origin story, what makes him take up his role in Nintendo, how he turns Pizza Hut and Panda Express into a national chain, what's his philosophy when he faces any challenges, and more importantly, why does he likes to take up task and roles that are in the most challenging situation!

We also talked about how he became the meme man, and gaming community!
