The Inappropriate Sexual Relationship Between Former Corrections Officer Sharleen O'banion And Montgomery County Jail Inmate Jacob Parker Part 1/2. In another incident involving an inappropriate sexual relationship between a corrections officer and an inmate, this story of O'Banion and Parker took place at the County Jail located in Houston, Texas. After being made aware of the relationship, authorities investigated and discovered hundreds of phone calls between the two, many of which were sexual in nature (one of which we are going to listen to where, in the end, the two express their love for one another, where I almost died of second hand embarrassment listening to the two of them argue about who loves each other more). It's gross...you've been warned!
