In this episode, I will be exploring something that’s deeply embedded in our culture and emotions: Christmas. It’s a holiday filled with joy, nostalgia, stress, and, depending on how you celebrate, quite a lot of complexity. But what’s really happening in our minds during this season?

In this episode, I'm going to look at the psychology of Christmas, examining everything from the feelings of happiness and togetherness that many associate with the season to the stress and pressure that can sometimes sneak in. I’ll also talk about the role of traditions, consumerism, and even some surprising scientific findings about how Christmas affects our brains.
