If you’ve been following me on Instagram, you will have seen me use the hashtag #Lianas100HappyDays since I started this “challenge” on March 1st. This “challenge” is something I started in March 2014 and I picked it up after finding it 4 years later in 2018, and I made a reminder in my calendar to do it again 4 years after that. So here we are! Now almost a quarter of the way through the 100 days.

You may be wondering…what is the Liana’s 100 Happy Days challenge?

It’s something I found on social media back in 2014 that challenged people not to be happy for 100 straight days, but to FIND the HAPPINESS in their lives no matter what has gone on (good, bad, or otherwise) and post about it on social media for 100 straight days.

It’s certainly interesting to see where I’ve been at in life each time I’ve done this challenge at 4 year increments.

What I’m noticing this time around is that I am changing my mindset with every day that I post and find what has made me happy each day. I see that even on the days when I’m not particularly happy or feeling good, I can still acknowledge ONE THING that had made me smile that day. And that is what this “challenge” is all about!

On today’s podcast, I talk about the profound shifts I’ve been making in my mindset recently and how that has been impacting my life in an incredible way.

This mindset work is not limited to just reframing negative thoughts to positive thoughts; this can be applied to anything! Like overcoming fears, manifesting what you want, and more. I practice this with my clients as we work together to shape the reality they want to experience by changing the way they think about themselves and their current situations. I currently have 4 spots available in my one-one 12-week coaching container where I can support you as you apply this to your daily life. It’s not as difficult as it may seem, and with the right guidance, you too can get to where you want to be even faster than you could imagine!!
