..I allowed myself to feel global pain to Alchemize it into Self Mastery! Not on purpose exactly, but once I realized I was in a serious low vibratory spiral...I just let go and rode it like a giant sliding board into enlightenment!

Last year I would have run from emotions, this year I'm digging inside of them...because it's LOVE inside of there buried under pain...unearthing them is the first step to healing them.

If you're already in pain, why not get a reward from it?!

This Wednesday I talk about why old emotions, situations, events, feelings, exes, trauma, hurt, and pain is resurfacing this year and how I'm coping with it!
