Each episode our guests will talk about their mental and/orphysical health journey or that of their family. We will also have subjectmatter experts talk health facts and stats, best practices for wellness, and providestrategies to encourage us all how to live a healthy lifestyle where weprioritize our mind and body wellness on a regular basis!
On Season 1 of the mibo show, we will be celebratingthe 50th Anniversary of Hip-Hop music and take a look at the intersectionof health and Hip-Hop. We will chat about good and/or poor health habits thathave impacted those in the culture’s lives and how they are now setting theexample for the next generation to come by focusing more on health andwellness.
