Our guest today on "The Natural Healing Reel" is Steve W. Wilson. Steve was diagnosed with clinical depression in 1970 and 8 years later he was told he had bipolar disorder.
In this episode, Steve and Jacquie discuss his life experiences and how he developed a resilience that eventually shaped him into the strong person he is today. By overcoming his demons, Steve takes great comfort and passion by sharing his methods of recovery & hopes to inspire others who face similar challenges. We also discuss the different types of bipolar disorder and how they strip away one's positive feelings. In turn this creates a sense of isolation and worthlessness that eventually leads to thoughts of suicide.
