I gotta ask what kept you engaged? was it the actual game? Maybe it was the officiating and their poor judgment, perhaps it was million dollar commercials or Usher. At my house, we had some friends over. I pulled out the football drinking game and away we went. Gotta keep it real right? We look at all I mentioned and significant plays that impacted the outcome. Oh of course we discuss menus as well and how could I forget our former professional football guest popping on to give his take.

Many young athletes dream of making it to the NFL. What advice do you have for aspiring players who are working towards that goal, especially those who may face obstacles or doubts while chasing their dreams?
Looking back, is there anything you would have done differently or any advice you would give to your younger self as you pursue your NFL aspirations and what do you consider your proudest achievement or legacy, both on and off the field?
The transition from being a professional athlete to life after sports can be challenging. How did you navigate this transition, and what advice do you have for other retired athletes?
