When you understand your customers, you are able to communicate more clearly and effectively, ensuring that your marketing strategy connects you with your soulmate clients.

  7. Is there anything that you wish this particular product or service had that it doesn't today?

In evaluating your competition, the goal isn't to dwell in comparison but to carve out your unique space in the market. You gain insights into positioning, differentiators, and market gaps through competitor analysis.
