Today we are talking all about returning to running after baby and how not to pee your pants when you run and jump.

In today’s episode, you are going to learn about the different types of urinary incontinence so you can start taking the right actions to get some relief.

You are also going to learn some tips and tricks to help with the prevention of urinary incontinence.
