In this week's episode of The Sunday Shakeout, I share a conversation with Phil Batterson. Phil is a competitive runner, a former running coach, and founder of Critical Oxygen. Phil has a PhD in human bioenergetics and a love for the sport of running. His goal with Critical Oxygen is to teach athletes how to optimize their physiology for maximize performance.
