Cathy Jo talks about the importance and challenges of eating a healthy and well balanced diet. She acknowledges that everyone's personal needs are different. But, she also speaks of the importance of eating a Whole Foods, Reasonably Sized Portions with a Variety of Color (helps to get in a variety of minerals and nutrients). She refers to scripture reading:
2 Corinthians 12:9: "But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me.
