Joining me today is the one and only Debbie Merrill. Debbie, also known as Disco Debbie, Debbie the Raw Veggie Vegan Diva, Miss Tit Willow, amongst many other notable names, is an award winning dancer, international figure-skating star, actress, choreographer, lecturer, entertainer extraordinaire and Instructor to the Stars . She is the founder of Skate Great USA School of Skating in Santa Monica, California and has been promoting the benefits of eating raw foods and living a healthy lifestyle for over 30 years.
You may recognize her her numerous television appearances from appearing on Jimmy Kimmel to her own public TV show, Raw Foods on the Roll, Getting America Healthy. Debbie's book, The Raw Truth to the Fountain of Youth highlights her journey and gives tips for living a life of vibrance, fitness and beauty at any age.
In this episode we dive into Debbie's personal road to success, the struggles she has faced along the way, stories from her days at Studio 54, her relationship with spirituality and how she continues to redefine herself again and again through having fun and enjoying every moment.
