So excited to share this solo episode with you! QHHT hypnosis has been a huge focus for me over the past year and although I've facilitated sessions as the practitioner, I've only recently experienced being the client.
Within this episode, I explain my personal journey with becoming a QHHT hypnosis practitioner and what my first session was like being hypnotized and exploring a past life. I touch on the breakdown of a typical session and why it is so powerful. Within this work I've learned to expect the unexpected in the most beautiful ways.
QHHT or Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique was developed by Dolores Cannon and is a specific type of hypnosis that focuses on accessing the subconscious mind to explore past lives and connect with your higher self.
