Tommy sits down with himself to discuss how important it is to realise what we are feeding or fuelling our present moment with. As in thoughts, mind patterns, egoic narratives.
We all have to understand that there is a big difference between the past present and the future. Simply put, the past has already happened (derrrr), the present is happening now (No shiz), aaaaand the future hasn't happened yet (ah, obviously). However, why is it then, that a lot of us seem to live our present moment based on the past, or fearing or trying to control the future.
