Today, I want to talk about recognizing God's voice. 🎙️ You see, as leaders, it's essential to lead ourselves first. 🙌 Proverbs 3:5 reminds us to lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all our heart and mind. 🙏 Don't rely on your own insight or understanding. Instead, know, recognize, and acknowledge God in all your ways. He will direct your path. 🙌
But here's the thing: if we're wise in our own eyes and make decisions without seeking God's guidance, we're essentially being our own leaders. 🤔 Let's not forget that God wants to lead, guide, and show us the right path. 🗺️ So, let's be wise by prioritizing time with Him, being in His Word, and listening for His voice. 📖🔊
Remember, as leaders, the culture we create is influenced by those who pour into us. So, let's choose to be led by God and allow His wisdom to flow through us. 🌟🌈
