Life took a sharp turn in his early 30s when he was faced with drug-induced psychosis, OCD, depression, and a plethora of health issues. Ready to give up, Bryan discovered Stoic Philosophy, changing his perspective and focusing on one positive thing each day.
His Instagram posts grew into a movement, spreading hope and culminating in the creation of Positive Mindset Brand.
