In this series, learn how to develop a strong and consistent meditation practice. Each week, you'll learn one piece of a larger meditation practice. Use this practice every day for a week before moving on to the next episode. Each subsequent practice builds on the previous ones, helping you prepare the body and mind for sitting in formal meditation.

In this practice, you'll focus on the body and posture prep for your sit and include the sensing through the senses practice. Notice how incorporating the check-in and sensing through the senses after preparing your body is a bit easier; with the body settled, the mind feels more ready to look internally.
